Cavio

Cavio is a pre-launch antique research project for vintage resellers and curious collectors. Its live website offers a free guide to researching a find: take useful photos, record maker marks and condition, compare completed sales rather than asking prices, and account for costs before deciding what to pay. An original concept film introduces the idea. Cavio is evaluating photo-based AI research for a future app; the scanner and iOS app are not available yet. The current guide is educational and does not authenticate objects or provide a professional appraisal.
